Back to Basics A/S is a successful supplier of private label products and concepts to Danish and international retail chains. To support the company's ambitious growth strategy, Back to Basics is looking for a skilled and ambitious Head of Supply Chain who, through a holistic and strategic approach, will play a key role in further developing the supply chain function in line with the company's continued growth.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for developing and leading the Supply Chain function, which currently consists of five dedicated professionals. Together, you will ensure that customers experience outstanding delivery reliability, quality, and professionalism every single day. This role calls for a leader who can create stability and operational drive while simultaneously elevating the function from both a strategic and commercial perspective.

You have several years of experience in international supply chain leadership and thrive in a role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution. You are driven by making a tangible impact and delivering strong results together with your team. You have a natural ability to build relationships, inspire trust, and bring people together around shared goals.
We expect you to hold a relevant degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field, and to have experience from an international company with a complex supply chain. You are a strong people leader with a proven ability to develop high-performing teams. Your cultural awareness is evident in the way you interact with people from diverse backgrounds, and you possess excellent communication skills in both Danish and English.
