In our head office in Vejle Denmark, we have our laboratory. Our R&D Department is equipped to support in the areas of:

  • Ingredients
  • Gum bases
  • Chewing gum
  • Compressed mints
  • Drops
  • Cost optimization
  • Sensory testing
We work on long term competence projects in close co-operation with production sites but also on short term benchmark projects where clients demand fast and flexible solutions.  
Furthermore our R&D team plays an important role in upscaling of new projects in the production sites. 

Regulatory

Regulatory compliance and documentation is becoming increasingly important in private label. To ensure compliance in the quality management system, we continuously and systematically monitor current legislation and guidelines. Hereby we are able to advise our clients in a professional manner.

Quality Assurance (QA)

In private label, QA plays a crucial role to secure conformity of products. BIIB is IFS Broker certified - version 3 Higher Level. Products are carefully monitored by our Quality Assurance and we secure that production sites are working with the highest industry standards namely BRC (A+), IFS (higher level) and BSCI (A level). Furthermore, our sites have other more specialized certifications such as Halal, RSPO and BIO (organic).
